Elite Bike Finland Oy sells products to companies and adults in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from 1.1.2021. We may unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery each time before ordering products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the online store products are presented alongside each product description. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include taxes, which are shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery costs
Any delivery charges that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the total order amount. You can see the delivery charges (if any) for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the current terms of delivery. You understand that the order you accept and we confirm is binding, except as later stated regarding the right of cancellation, and creates a contract between us under these terms of delivery.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described on the online store and selectable in the shopping cart.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing the order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method
We deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you select when placing your order.
Matkahuolto Home Delivery
With Matkahuolto home delivery, the order is delivered to the recipient at a pre-agreed time between 9 AM and 9 PM. The carrier usually contacts the recipient 1–Within 2 working days of order processing and the delivery time can be agreed in advance by phone or text message.
Orders are delivered to recipients on weekdays. In larger cities, delivery may take place until 9 PM, while in other areas shipments are delivered by 2 PM. The delivery of bicycles via Matkahuolto home delivery costs €29.90. Read more
