The front fender is attached to the lower frame tube with Velcro straps.
The rear fender is attached to the seat post tube with a Powerstrop quick attachment. The Powerstrop has a silicone surface, so it stays firmly in place. The rear attachment has a joint, which makes adjustment easy.
