MET Terranova MIPS is specifically designed for trail and all-mountain riding, which requires more protection than a standard mountain bike helmet. Its structure and fit are based on the award-winning MET Roam model but as a lighter version. The MIPS-C2 brain protection system reduces rotational forces during impact, further enhancing safety.
Extended coverage over the temples and back of the head, 17 air channels for cooling, and a adjustable Safe-T Duo tightening system with vertical adjustment – all ensuring excellent comfort and fit.
The helmet features a flexible and adjustable visor that protects from the sun and branches but bends if needed during impact. The padding is made of Air Mesh material and can be removed and hand washed. The Air Lite straps are integrated directly into the lining, enhancing comfort and lightness.
