The Scott Spark 940 is equipped with a lightweight and durable carbon fiber frame with an aluminum rear end. The frame features integrated suspension, adjustable head angle, and internally routed cables.
The RockShox Pike RL3 Air front fork offers 130 mm of travel and features three damping settings. The rear shock is a RockShox Deluxe Select RL3 with 120 mm travel and three modes: lockout, trail, and descent. The SCOTT TwinLoc system allows suspension adjustment on the fly.
The drivetrain is managed by a SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed rear derailleur and SRAM SX Eagle trigger shifter. The crankset is a SRAM X1 Eagle DUB with a 32-tooth chainring. Brakes are powerful Shimano MT501 disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear.
The Syncros Duncan Dropper seatpost adds extra comfort for trail riding, with suspension varying according to frame size. Syncros X-30SE rims are tubeless-compatible, and Schwalbe Wicked Will 29 x 2.4” tires provide grip and rolling efficiency in all conditions.
The bike weighs approximately 13.5 kg with tubeless setup, and the maximum allowed total weight, including the rider and gear, is 128 kg.
